Emails

Be mindful of emails to the team. As a captain you are always trying to manage availability but lots of emails could irritate some players and make them ignore important emails.

Manage Team Members

When a player is no longer part of the team, You should deactivate the player immediately. This will disable user to see any team activity and the player will no longer be part of team communications. You can always activate the de-activated player anytime.
