You can make someone from your team the co-captain for your team.

• Go to your Team page
• Click on Edit for the relevant player
• Select Co-Captain Role for the player
• Click on Save settings.

Note: Co-captain, in Breakpoint App today, is same role as that of a captain. He will have full authorization as that of a captain.
