Yes. While adding a match is captain's responsibility, Non-captain team members are always welcomed to organize practices with fellow team members.

• Go to Practices page under your team
• Add Practice - Give date, location and comments
• Click on Review and send availability email
• Send email to the whole team

You can track player's availability by clicking at - Who can play? for your practice.
