This can mean many different things and we are exploring ideas. What is most important for this? To view a players record of W/L?

Right, but what is the usefulness of adding scores into the system?

There is currently for each match date: When, Where, Availability, Opponent, Comments. I suggest adding another entry to report scores like Results:
S1, S2, D1, D2, D3 etc.
